• AutoLab reserves the right to amend pricing, services and these terms without prior notice.
• Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including account details, vehicle information, uploaded files and order history.
• Uploaded ECU files and vehicle data are used solely for producing the requested software solution and providing technical support.
• Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide requested services.
• We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data from unauthorised access.
• Order history and uploaded files may be retained for operational, technical and quality assurance purposes. Retained files do not constitute an entitlement to future support, revisions or complimentary stock restorations.

All software, calibrations, technical data, documentation, branding and intellectual property supplied through this portal remain the exclusive property of AutoLab Vehicle Solutions Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Files supplied through this portal are licensed solely for use on the ECU or vehicle for which they were produced. Files must not be copied, shared, redistributed, reverse engineered or resold without the prior written consent of AutoLab Vehicle Solutions Ltd.
